Muriel Wilkins (B'92)

Muriel Maignan Wilkins, managing partner and co-founder of Paravis Partners, has a strong track record of helping senior leaders and teams take their effectiveness to the next level. She is the co-author, with Amy Su, of “Own the Room: Discover Your Signature Voice to Master Your Leadership Presence”.

Wilkins specializes in working with C-suite and senior level executives in the areas of onboarding, executive presence, role transitions, and relationship management, across a number of industries including management consulting, private equity, biotech, financial services, retail, and non-profit organizations. She also has in-depth experience leading customized leadership development programs and leadership team alignment efforts.

Before co-founding Paravis Partners, Wilkins’ executive leadership experience included holding P&L responsibility as a director at U.S. News & World Report, leading consulting engagements as a manager for the strategy practice of Accenture, and being a strategic planner at Prudential. She was recognized by the Washington Business Journal as one of metro-DC area’s “Top Minority Business Leaders.”

Wilkins holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a marketing degree & leadership coaching certification from Georgetown University. Her nearly twenty years living in North Africa, Europe, and the Caribbean give her an invaluable perspective which she brings to her work.
