Angela M. Hill is a senior producer for Enterprise Video at The Washington Post, where she co-leads a team of video journalists who film, produce, and edit short and medium length stories, mini-documentaries, and multimedia projects. She also contributes reporting and production on breaking news stories and long-form investigative pieces. Prior to The Post, she was a national investigative producer at the Scripps Washington Bureau and Newsy, whereshe was lead producer and reporter on a variety of investigations. Hill co-reported and co-produced a documentary that uncovered breakdowns in federal and tribal criminal justice systems on Native American reservations, which won a Robert F. Kennedy Grand Prize Award. She also reported on women’s health issues and led an investigation into why the abortion pill was one of the FDA’s most restricted drugs. 

Prior to Scripps, Hill was an investigative producer for ABC News Network in New York, where she produced stories for World News Tonight, Good Morning America, Nightline, 20/20, and ABCNews.com. She was part of the team that investigated the murder of an American Peace Corps volunteer in West Africa that uncovered systemic failures of the organization to protect volunteers. The Emmy-award winning story was the catalyst for a bill passed by Congress and signed into law to protect Peace Corps volunteers. 

Hill has won multiple Emmy and Peabody Awards, a George Polk Award, an Edward R. Murrow Award and others. She is also an adjunct lecturer at Georgetown University’s School of Continuing Studies, where she teaches a class on news reporting and writing. She is a graduate of Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business and earned a M.A. from the City University of New York (CUNY) Graduate School of Journalism.
