Highlighting members of our community, representing the diverse ways in which we are professionally and personally engaged, and uplifting our impactful work.

October 20-23

About the Black Alumni Summit

Since 2015, Georgetown University has hosted the biennial Black Alumni Summit to celebrate the professional and personal achievements of our diverse and accomplished Black alumni community. The Summit brings undergraduate and graduate Black alumni from across the globe, classes, schools, eras, professions, and walks of life back to the Hilltop to reconnect with each other and with the university.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Uniting Black alumni from different countries, schools, eras, professions, and walks of life, the Black Alumni Summit provides an opportunity to share experiences, ideas, and expertise.

The Fourth Black Alumni Summit will highlight the professional and life accomplishments of our Black alumni community—from our first Black graduates to our most recent alumni. This event features keynote speakers, topical panel discussions, and fun networking opportunities. Our programming will showcase Black leaders in law, business, government, tech, and the public sector to discuss a wide range of substantive topics and issues.

Your tax-deductible sponsorship provides your organization with strategic visibility (in person, online, and via social media) among an elite group of successful professionals, current students, and future leaders. Your support also demonstrates your commitment to diversity in leadership and partnership with Georgetown University, the principal sponsor of the summit.

Through this effort to stay connected between summits, we will regularly highlight members of our community, who represent the diverse ways in which we are professionally and personally engaged, and recognize our impactful work.

Additionally, we will convene our Critical Conversations series focused on elevating and collectively addressing timely issues that affect our community and facilitate opportunities for alumni to learn about efforts underway at Georgetown relevant to our community.
