Esther Owolabi is a diversity, equity, and inclusion program manager at Google. Her work focuses on inclusive hiring for historically underrepresented—and often excluded—talent in technology. Before this role, she was a consultant at Deloitte and served the D.C. public schools managing central office strategy and operations. Owolabi graduated magna cum laude from the College and earned her master's degree in education from Harvard University. She loves spending time outdoors, laughing with friends, and cheering for her hometown’s—Chicago—sports teams.
